_Idaho had the honor of providing the tree that graced the U.S. Capitol during the Christmas season of 2003.  As part of the statewide celebration, I created a quilt that was presented to the Chief of the US Forest Service.  This quilt hung in the Forest Service Headquarters in Washington, D. C.

The center panel of the quilt depicts one of my favorite places in Idaho, Stanley Lake.  Around this are twenty photo transfers of special Idaho places set into Sawtooth Star blocks.
